Fred Coleman, M.D., Staff Psychiatrist, supervises counseling and psychotherapy at Samaritan Counseling Center.

Dan Feaster, D.Min, M.S.W. L.C.S.W., CADC, Executive Director, psychotherapist and pastoral counselor, provides individual, couple, adolescent, and family counseling.  He works with depression, grief, stress, abuse and post traumatic stress disorders.  He also provides relational and divorce counseling and has been the leader of the divorce Rebuilding program, www.RebuildersMadison.com for almost 30 years.    Dr. Feaster has expertise in the area of cults, gangs, Satanism and provides counseling and educational programs in these areas.  He works with people of all faiths providing consultation and training in churches, leads a pastor's leadership group and the Prepare Enrich Relational Seminar.  He is a certified alcohol and drug counselor and is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to deal with trauma memories.  Dr. Feaster provides leadership and executive coaching for clergy.   Dr. Feaster holds a third degree black belt and teaches self-defense classes.

Ron Johnson, M.Div., Ph.D., Staff Psychologist, has served as a psychological consultant and psychologist for various clinics, as well as published many articles and several books, and has led workshops. Dr. Johnson specializes in psychological testing and neuropsychological evaluation of women, men, and children, focusing on “what’s right with you.” Clinically he counsels men and children, particularly paying attention to understanding their giftedness.

Kelly Jo Lynch, MA, Licensed Professional Counselor, has served as a Professional Counselor at a nationally known Christian residential treatment facility for Adolescents.  Kelly Jo is certified to provide the Prepare & Enrich Marriage Inventory and is a trained instructor for the Love & Logic parenting courses.  She also specializes in Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Eating Disorders, Self Injury, Addictions, Marriage & Family, and Children & Adolescents. 

Sue Gruen,  MSMW,CAPSW   graduated from the UW-Madison with a concentration in Family Mental Health Systems.  She has the additional CAPSW license for clinical family mental health.  Prior to receiving her professional counseling license, Sue volunteered for 17 years in Christian Lay counseling.  During this time, she developed a single parents empowerment group, and initiated DivorceCare and Stephen Ministry programs for her church.  Sue was the founding Director of The Elizabeth House, Madison, residential maternity home for homeless single mothers, in 2003.  Sue specializes in healing for the following: Physical, sexual or emotional abuse; Trauma; Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar; Anger and un-forgiveness; Workplace issues; Relationships; Marriage preparations; Marriage counseling; Parenting; Divorce and Step-Parenting.

Greg Chism, LCSW, MSW has 19 years of professional experience, mostly working with m ental health, substance abuse issues, and family/couple relationships.  Greg currently works with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, post-divorce adjustment, and frief/loxx concerns.  Greg also provides critical incident stress de-briefings for individual/groups that have been exposed to trauma or life-critical events.  Greg works with couples on communication, trust, and intimacy issues.  He works with employer groups providing counseling to employees, management consultations, and staff training.  He specializes in short-term solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
