Professional Background

Dr. Paul Melrose is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Paul received his Certificate in Pastoral Psychotherapy from the Blanton-Peale Graduate Institute, New York City in 1982 and his Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degree from Andover-Newton Theological School in 1996. Paul is also an Ordained United Methodist Minister.

Additional Training

Paul is certified to administer the Prepare-Enrich Relationship Inventory: a tool utilized to strengthen a couple's relationship, is a Diplomat in the American Association of Pastoral Counselors, and is trained to do Clergy Coaching. Paul spends time with his family, including grandchildren and loves to travel with his wife. He likes to exercise, read mysteries and history. He looks forward to musical events, including musicals and the local area orchestras.
