Professional Background

She draws from evidence-based modalities and believes therapy works best when it’s collaborative, flexible, and infused with compassion, and sometimes, a bit of humor. Jennifer helps adults navigate anxiety, trauma, and life transitions with warmth, authenticity, and a person-centered approach that honors each client’s unique path toward healing and self-discovery. She will be working with clients ages 18 and up.
