Vicky (Victoria) Lichtman, MSW, LCSW

Professional Background

Vicky (Victoria for insurance purposes) Lichtman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Vicky earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Michigan School of Social Work after working in the humanitarian sector overseas. Vicky has worked with a diverse range of adult populations, including immigrants, justice-involved individuals, and those navigating significant life stressors.
She is especially interested in how culture and society shapes one’s identity and values, and is here to support you in exploring and understanding your unique story.

She strongly believes that developing emotional regulation skills is the key to building resilience and psychological flexibility. Her approach is humanistic, inquisitive, and collaborative. She is interested in meaning making: we are after all, storytellers, and the journey we take is just as important as where we eventually end up. Vicky looks forward to working with you to guide you towards greater self-understanding and learning what works for you.
